Remove the card, use a rubber eraser to clean off the PIN's that go into the PCI-E slot(do NOT TOUCH IT) after cleaning with eraser wipe and confirm RE SEATING. the "Bad" batches should come after the New Year. itl crash no matter what bud. its weird really. check over here

Yess i turned it off before this post , and my psu is corsair cx 600w bronze. Boot into windows safe mode again and try to make it have an error. Leave it that way until we determine if the card is truly screwed or not. Because I installed new set of ram and this GPU at the same time lol.

I did once have the asus utility, but uninstalled it. Evga Support in catalist is only this FRAMEPACING on off... so does windows.

Turning it on again will crash after about 5 seconds on the desktop. Both of these give no warning beforehand, and both also boot up to the "windows did not shut down properly" message.
