Here is what works for me. 1.Turn the laptop off. 2.Remove the battery. 3.Disconnect ac power adapter. 4.Press and hold down Power button of the laptop for 20 seconds. 5.Reconnect power Turn off the computer again, and disconnect the battery and AC adapter from it.
