Do you have pop-ups on your PC? These hacks are typically done with some obfuscated php code as described earlier. I had found this site by the keywords of my PC behavior. weblink Use at your own risk.

Combofix did it for me. In Internet Explorer go to: Tools->Manage Add-ons. The TDSSKiller found nothing, ComboFix found nothing, CCCleaner picked up some trash. Typically they add a file named default.asp which gets served by default instead of the sites real homepage.
